Coming up next...

So after a long talk with Jennifer last night, looks like An Eye for an Eye is going to take a bit longer. It should be out this month but I can't give a date. I hate doing that, but we're not going to rush this one. I won't have any dates for the next books coming out because I just don't know how long it will take to edit them. I've put out a book a month (Almost) for the last two years and I think it's time to cut back a bit. I don't want the writing to suffer or become sloppy trying to get one out that often. We'll be putting out the Santorno books more than anything else for a bit. I'm working on Locke and Key, but after that I'll be working on my rock series so don't expect any Assassin's or Olympians for a bit. I'm feeling a bit run down and I don't want to burn out so please hang in there while I try to recharge! I love all of you guys and am so grateful that you stick by me!

  1. aw hon, HUGS to you..you take all the time you need. But PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let them still be versatile!! lol i am loving that for the most part they all have been, except the last couple in your A/S series. Aside from the hot story line, the intrigue and the many different species you have along with humans...ya the versatility is what brings me back!! wink wink!!

  2. Thank you for writing this post. Like me, many of your fans are just glad to hear that you are working on new things. I completing understand the need to slow down and really take your time. Have fun writing these books and we will absolutely love them.
    Good Luck!

  3. Love your series, you've had me since the first book and I've now read everything you've put out. More than once. Given you 5 stars on everything on Amazon, too. Suggested your books to several friends with the same taste in books. Whatever you put out is fine with your fans. Don't burn out, it's fine if you only put a new book ever 3 or 4 months. Or even *shudders at the thought* less often for awhile if that's what it takes. Don't want one of my favorite authors to burn out to the point you don't want to write at all anymore. Be well, live long, and prosper.

  4. When I first read In the Nik of Time I didn't know it was a M/M book. I never read M/M books but let me tell you after I read it I was hooked. I bought the entire series that night which only went up to In the Nik of Time. You are right you were releasing books so fast that I was amazed you were able to do this. However, now you need to enjoy your writing because you are right you will get burned out. You are one author I would like to see for a very long time. Take the time you need. Your true fans will be waiting patiently. Thanks for being a great writer and getting me into this genre. It opened up my eyes to see the world clearer and how far we still need to go for gay rights.

  5. I'm not going to lie I will miss the Assassin's and Olympians, but on a positive note I do love the Santorno's so it's a win-win situation. Take all the time you need, Sandrine and come back charged and ready to go. Your books turned me on to M/M and I love it, so thank you for that. I can't wait to read your other stuff as well. Be good and stay bless!
